Her journey into Pilates began as a means of rehabilitation from a hamstring injury. Inspired by the transformative power of Pilates on both the body and mind, Joe pursued formal training and certifications to become a qualified instructor.
Joe believes in the holistic approach of Pilates, emphasizing the importance of proper alignment, breath control, and mindful movement. Her teaching style focuses on creating a supportive and inclusive environment where clients of all levels feel empowered to challenge themselves and reach their full potential.
In her classes, Joe combines dynamic exercises with mindful awareness, guiding classes through a series of movements designed to improve strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
She places a strong emphasis on core stability and functional movement patterns, helping her clients build a strong foundation for overall fitness and injury prevention.
